Does it still do it if you have stayed up all night?

its probably your tire pressure sensors like cerr said. it happens in the morning because the tires are cold (its cooler outside and the car hasn't been used in a while) so the pressure in the tires drops a bit. the beep doesn't happen later in the day because as you drive the car and it warms up outside the tires get warmer causing the tire pressure to increase.

=> inflate your tires to the proper pressure when they're cold and the alarm should go away.

Is your alarm clock next to you? lol, I almost died laughing when I read, "what does Waking up have to do with it" My g/f gave me one of those "What are you looking at on ur computer look"

Yeah, My G did the same thing on the weekends since it is my Weekend car. Not to sound rich but I drive my honda back and forth to work & school.
