It seems a bit limp

Well my car is in limp D*ck mode right now. I think it's a vaccum leak but not sure where it is leaking from. Scan tool picked up 3 codes P0300(multi misfire), P0444(purge volume cont/v) and P0132 (H02s1(B1). Im thinking if it's a vaccum leak then thats why it would throw a misfire and 02 sensor code. Can anyone chime in?

WHat year is your car? I don't think a vacuum leak will throw a code...
