Trying to remove Glue

I had tints on my headlights but they began to bubble and peel so i removed them. Now theres glue residue from the tints, is there a quick way of getting that glue off.. without scratching the headlights lol

you can try the method people use to get glue off the badges, heat it with a hairdryer and use a bug and tar remover

Lighter fluid works well too. just put some on a microfiber towel and gently go over the affected area enough to allow time for the glue to begin to "break down" it comes off really easy then. I have used lighter fluid to remove tar, glue adhesive from the paint with no problems (just have to rewax the area well afterwards), I don't believe it will affect the acrylic finish on your headlights, however, you may want to test in an inconspicuous place first.
