SLIP when going over 50mph

When ever Im travelling and reach speeds over 50 the SLIP lite starts flashing, what is up with that??

Well i was out of the country for two years and my brother was driving it, and the poor car is a freakin disaster now. But the last thing he did was change the battery and the tires, you think maybe the tires are the cause?

Yeah I just checked and there 225/25 17 on all 4 tires, friggin retard.
