ok so i blacked out my headlights and went to plug them back in turned on the lights and only one headlight was working and only the highbeams then i tried to turn it off and the other headlight came on and just the high beams and the turn signals came on but the key wasnt in and theres a loud ticking sound coming from near the battery its almost like it wont totally shut off any suggestions? maybe i blew a fuse?
