quick question. I think I already know the answer but...after my car is all heated up and good for heat, if I stop at a light or in traffic and the idle is under 2.5K as well, it blows cold air. Once I start moving and idle if above.2.5k it blows hot again. Antifreeze is topped off. Temp sensor? IF so where is it? I had a temp guage in a radiator hose one time.

Check for Low coolant, Also thermostat could be faulty.
