hey guys, nissan is about the only car i have not owned yet, and i think its time to finnaly add it to my list im looking into either a z or a g. but leaning more to the G (i think its sexier ) i know the 2 share the same motor and chasis, i just want to know if things like exhaust, suspension, and other basic boltons are interchangeable. for example, a would coilover setup for a z work on a G? are the exhaust interchangeable etc.

nope. but I can tell you that there are probably 50+ threads about this. keep looking. You'll find everything you're looking for.

 

actually i found lke 50+ threads of people telling people to search but no real answers other than already obvious answers. gave up and called my buddy with a 350 and just asked him. thanks anyways

 

Most components are interchangeable to answer your question. Drivetrain, and engine are the same. Suspension is basically the same. If you're going to add FI then that's pretty much the same too. Exhause takes and extender in most cases. Hope that helps some too.

 

thanks that was the basic question i wanted answered. i only asked because when i looked at some parts websites they didnt say anything about a g35 just 350zs. but now that i know their pretty much all the same. i know why. thanks bdriven
