my G35 won't pass for inspection due to the OBD II test. anyone have an Idea what that is and how much to fix??

 

Have you reset your ecu recently ?

If so, that is the problem. After a reset, the ecu needs to go through several start up - full warm up - shut off cycles to calibrate itself to the emission sensors. You just need to drive around and let it go through the cycle several times.
