I am sorry I can't be much help to you here. I know that the whole strip does not light up from top to bottom. Check the bulbs.

Лампочки на бампере такие же самые. Ели те работают провер ими лампочки в фарах, в противном случае это предохранитель, но врядле

Обе не работают. А как в фарах лампочки в этих габаритах вертикальных вытащить, я не совсем понимаю) В бампере в переднем габариты работают.

It is necessary to remove fender protector to change the parking light bulbs?

чтоб достать те лампочки нужно снять нижний подкрыльник. Их можно достать только с низу. Bесь подкрыльник снимать не обязатально, можно тоько ту часть которая прямо под фарой, от низа бампера не обязательно откручивать. Там обычные 194 лампочки, по крайней мере они идут под таким номером в штатах. Коннектор на лампочках такой-же ка и на тех которые в бампере.
