I'm not positive but I think the speed will change if the load changes. In other words, if your front blinker bulb is not connected or has failed it could cause the rear and dash indicator to blink fast. Hopefully the body shop just forgot to reconnect them?

Oh, you wanted the bulbs back in? D'OH! They must have removed the entire headlight assembly from your car to do the "restore".
Not sure what you mean by "city light" but if you're talking about the low-beams then they should look identical in color or the shop may have switched one of your HID bulbs. NOT GOOD.
Below is a list of the stock bulb specs and what the headlight assembly looks like. Be sure they have put back both of YOUR HID bulbs and at least a matching pair of halogen and parking/turn indicator bulbs. Turn on all the lights before you leave their shop.

yeah not cool huh? I guess its the low beam like you said. they removed headlights for sure. I'm considering pulling the good side headlight and checking part numbers. the more I think bout this the more aggravated I get.

calm down, we do have a city light, stock the lowbeam should be white the "fog" should be a yellow, the city light should be a neutral yellow color & turn signal should be orange/amber.

so I went back to the shop today and they replaced my missing bulbs. my theory that they took them off mine to put on another car was dismissed when I saw the Guy pull out a box w hundreds of bulbs. they simply forgot to put them back in I guess. btw. all 3 bulbs were clear/white. thnx guys
