water leaking through roof and floormats

So about a week ago I noticed my passenger's side carpet all soaked of water and the top right ridge of the passenger side had been wet as well. my question is if anybody has had any experience with this sort of thing or any possible leads as to what it may be? I noticed roof had some water stain spots before I got car but it was light and ignored it. I did take it through car wash and noticed nothing so I'm assuming it takes time for it to drip. I did have my receiver replaced along with my entire dash at custom sounds so It may be a improperly sealed cable that was run through the firewall for an alarm system, leak around the windshield gasket or broken drain hose for the sunroof. It's not the a/c since it's in the roof and the a/c condensate line since It rarely gets turned on.Here are the pics.

apparently the water seems to be coming out of this circle spot i'm pointing at

existing spot when I bought car

where I felt the water, it's right in the joint where the two pieces meet

Perhaps your weather stripping on the door panel and the weather molding need to be replaced, I had mine recently replaced and they stopped doing this same problem. I always got a little splash when it would rain.

Turns out today that when the roof on the car had some sort of damage (on carfax) They took out a seal/gasket around the moonroof so it wasn't holding as much water to drain properly. Also they're gonna check the sunroof drain hose to see if it's actually connected. Hopefully it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg
