Exclamation Check engine codes

Hi everyone,
I am having some small problems with my newly purchased G35 2008 automatic

1) After having the 'service engine soon' light on, i used my OBD scanner to find those 2 codes : U1000 and P0181. The first one seems to be related to a TBS about CAN network lines (which I don't know anything about), and the second one relates to the fuel tank temperature sensor? I resetted it 2 days ago and it didn't turn back on (yet), should it be something to worry about? could they be related one to another?

2) I have another problem which i think is unrelated. It feels like at low OR high speeds, my car shakes (or is a little unstable) when i don't press the throttle, but very slightly. And as soon as i let go of the accelerator, it seems like the engine brake decelerates the car quickly (without downshifting though, is that possible?). It's a barely noticeable problem, but it worries me. The accelartion on the other hand is still great and i dont feel any power deficiency. Could this be related to the codes listed above?

If anyone had one of those problems, any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! I might eventually take it to a mechanic but I'd appreciate any input you guys may have!!

P0181 Infiniti - Fuel Temperature Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

Possible causes
- Faulty Fuel Temperature Sensor (inside the tank)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor harness is open or shorted
- Fuel Temperature Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

U1000 is a bad ground problem, you can clean the factory grounds with sand paper and tighen them back up. You can add a grounding kit to help the factory grounds
