Clutch fluid leak maybe?

I just bled my clutch a week ago, flushing the fluid through and got it looking brand new. Today, it felt like my clutch was sticking more than usual and I pop the hood and see y fluid at the min level. Does this sound like a clutch fluid leak? Also, does it hurt to fill it up without bleeding it? Any information would be great thanks.
