I am having an issue with the climate control when selecting mode or changing the temperature in a 2003 G35. When trying to select temperature above 62F or change the mode from something beyond blowing at the face, it does not change. I followed the instruction in this thread as I also had clicking noises. Clicking is gone, but the gears are not moving much. They barely move maybe 1/4" when going from face mode to face+feet but nothing else until I cycle back to face mode. I am trying to see if anything is stuck in the gears or the flaps that the gears move, but no suck luck partially due to visibility is poor to that area... Does anyone know if the gears are supposed to be hand movable with the actuator removed or any tips of what to check?
