why is my back left tail light out just the break light because the blinker works , trunk light is off , seats won’t move , steering wheel won’t move and lights from the interior won’t turn on . Is it the fuse ? Or what’s going on

Check the bulb.

Sounds like a fuse, poke around in Fuse Block -J/B which is next to your left foot in the driver foot well.

Follow the troubleshooting steps in the FSM

Use your multimeter
