AC Changes from Recirc to Fresh with Hard Accel

I always run my AC in Ricirc and no matter what speed I'm running if I decide to accelerate hard the AC switches from Recirc to Fresh by itself and I have to manually switch it back.
Has anyone else experienced this?

As a side note, on many other cars that keeps ac on at all times, its considered a good mod to turn ac off at full throttle.
