Unhappy What is this noise?!

There is a sound of metal slapping metal that sounds like it's coming from the front passenger wheel area... It happens when I start to accelerate in lower gears and reverse (when the car pulls), and also while turning right. Once I hit a speed of about 30mph, I can't hear the "jingle" anymore unless I hit a bump (sometimes).

Since the noise began, for unrelated maintenance reasons I've replaced my clutch, upper control arms, lower control arms, tires, and sway bar links. The sound is driving me absolutely crazy, and I'm stuck behind the wheel for 3 hours a day commuting. Does anyone have any idea what this could be???

Here are links to videos:

As opposed to metal is it possible the right side fender liner is coming loose or possible the engine under covers? They're plastic of course but are extremely
noisy if they get on a tire. Check the inner lower control arm bushings also. The rubber can tear completely out and it's only noisy at extremely low speeds and over bumps.
