Replace Crankshaft Position Sensor now or wait for it to go bad?

Hello,
I have a 2006 Infiniti G35 Sedan and I have approximately 158K miles on it. It has been a very reliable car with only minor repairs required thus far. I recently had to replace both camshaft position sensors. I haven't had issues with the crankshaft position sensor yet; however, I purchased one to have on-hand for when it eventually goes bad. Should I just go ahead and replace it the next time I change my oil since I will have the car jacked up and it will be right there or wait for it to become faulty and then replace? Does anyone have any experience with how close all three sensors went bad? Thanks for any input anyone has to offer.

Personally I'd just put it in. My 05 was losing a cam sensor and I just installed them all together to avoid the hassle.

Just replace the sensor next time you're changing oil, it's literally one bolt and one harness. Just be sure to only use a Hitachi or OEM Genuine Nissan Parts, torque on the bolt is 85 INCH/lbs.

With that many miles on it I would replace it, but I'm a huge fan of preventative maintenance because I hate breaking down on the highway.
