May sound stupid, but just wondering if a oil cooler would be beneficial in any way or if it’s just a waste of money and won’t do any thing. I have a 2003 auto g35 coupe with full bolt ons.

If you are tracking the car then yes it is definitely beneficial. If it's just a daily driver then no. A better upgrade that's definitely worth the money is a lower oil pan spacer, they're usually less than $100 and adds an extra 3/4 quart of crankcase capacity.
