My radio, like many of yours, has been shitting on me for months, so I’m picking up the parts I’ll need to update the stock radio and A/C controls. It’s very important that I keep my pop-up NAV as well as the new screen, and I heard the metra piece won’t fit the NAV in theirs without some cutting/modifying. I also was not thrilled about the price of the JDM model, and noticed that both of these pieces require some rerouting of wires (from the research I’ve done). I think the Scosche model is the best way to go, as Ive heard their harnesses are already wired correctly and it already comes with a SWC unit so I wouldn’t have to buy a separate one. My question is, should I go with this Scosche piece and can someone tell me first-hand if the pop-up nav fits through the piece easily? Also, Bose system, so I'll need the PAC harness, right? I'm assuming I'll be able to branch the SWC from the scosche piece to the PAC harness.
