Hi All,

My Issue:

Sometimes when I turn the Key to the ON position Headlights turn on and both Underhood fans turn on and run Full Speed. It's like the car is having a power surge.
I turn the Key Off. And the back on all is fine.

This will also happen when the car is running and while I am driving.

Here is what I know. My Battery is old and I think is on its way out. It is an AGM battery so I will start there.

But the car has other little electrical issues, For example the power seats work.. but it will not auto slide up when you move the seat back forward to allow someone into the back seat.

Also my Autocruise has stop working. I Checked the clutch swith and all.. its plugged in bit its a no go when I try to set it.
The Green Light comes on but the car will not take commands to hold speed.

I replaced the IPDM twice now. I think I may have a spare that I bought just in case but before I swap or buy another spare...I wanted to see if any of you guys have run into any of these issues.

Possible it could be the clockspring. All sorts of wacky stuff happens when it has hiccups. Cruise weirdness is a clue.

Check the FSM for clockspring troubleshooting sequence.
