2008 Titan

I'm torn between two models. the 4x4 Pro4x and the 2wd se model. I've been quoted for the pro4x for $32k otd, and the se for $26k otd. both of them nice equiped. oddly the insurance for the se is higher than the 4x4. gonna make my final decision tomorrow evening when I go to the dealership after work. just would like every ones opinion as well on either of the two.

ahui and mahalo

well...sealed the deal tonight. I will be getting the a Smoke King Cab Titan SE. The OTD was actually cheaper than quoted so I was pretty stoked about that. I will be picking it up tomorrow night. Can't wait.

Who'd you buy it from? And please explain to me how the OTD was cheaper than what you were quoted earlier. I have an idea of what happened but I don't want to jump the gun via an unsupported assumption.

well...the previous OTD was just a guestimate with the nissan national rebate thing going on. The final OTD price is with the rebate in mind altogether with my Dad's dealer cost as well.

nice. I'm already pricing out Nismo stuff for the truck. The only thing I was kinda bummed about was that I couldnt get mines with LSD, so I'm looking at getting the Detroit TruTrac LSD. A lot of the titantalk members have it and have good reviews on it so, I guess I'm heading that direction. I want to get it as close as I can get to making it parallel to the Nismo Titan concept.

Suprisingly enough aftermarket parts for the Titan is very reasonable. I can get a good full catback exhaust with headers for hundreds less comapred to the G. Intake is averaging around $200, headlights, tail lights and brake lights are less than $500. Suspension upgrades like a 4 inch lift is around 600-800 and that includes labor. Possibilities are endless for a lot less. COngrats and goodluck. See you at www.titantalk.com
