I agree infiniti service is awesome, I took my car in a month or so back saying I heard a "ticking" noise under the hood. The service rep Nigel came out and listened to it and asked if I had my 30k service done and I told him no because I bought the car @ 30k and it cost $750 lol. He said it is one of the two belts under the hood and they needed to be replaced at 30k but he said he would try to see if infiniti would let him replace them and good news, they did.
Infiniti service is awesome, coming from Mitsubishi where I had to fight with them because the brembo calipers were peeling.
its like night and day.

i've only had problems with infinity service
i brought my car for a 25k mile check up, my cars lowered and they said it was fine. so i give them my keys and drive away with my girl in her truck. i get a call an hour later saying they won't do any work on my car because they can't get it on the lift, they wouldn't change the fluids look at my breaks, they just handed me back my keys and said go else where. -.- wasn't too happy about it.

If you've got any ideas, let me know and I'll pass it on to service.

There's no doubt in my mind that there have been instances where we've accidentally damaged a customer's vehicle. I would hope that whoever was responsible would be courageous enough to step forward. However at the same time, I've also witnessed first hand customers BS their way all the way up the chain and whine like a b**ch about how "we did this" and "we did that" when I know for a fact that we weren't responsible just because he or she wasn't man or woman enough to buck up and admit that they fcuked up their own car. That or they were too chang to pay for it.
With that being said, I'm sure you can understand why service was hesitant to touch your car. Especially one as modded as JD's old car.

Power window problem
Took my car in this morning cause the drivers side window wouldn't go back up after going thru the drive thru at Kapolei Starbucks on Thursday morning. Slightly frustrating since I had to wait until after my meeting at 730am to take care of it.
I even tried the alternate method of using my key in the door lock to the locked position for 2 secs but it didn't work.
Placed a call to the service department and Alvin gave me a suggestion to try, which was while the engine was running, putting the window switch to up with the right hand, and with the left hand closing the door pretty hard. That worked to get the window up and made an appointement to bring it in for Saturday morning with a loaner car.
They just called and said they confirmed the problem and should be ready by 11am. I guess they going to change out the window motor which from a search of this forum doesn't take very long.
Glad it's all covered by warranty.
Aloha all

for some service questions I had. Other than that, I've never had problems with IoH.
