sounds like no one likes thier job thier. Maybe they are underpayed or some thing. Maybe they have bad supervisors, you never know. Any job can suck *** but its the people you work with that make the difference!!! just my $.02. I would deffinatly try a different dealer though. Good luck!!!

Damn, forgot to ask this earlier... How much does the 15k service cost? Just the basic service, not the premium one.

i just did my 15k service..cost was $353.96 i never knew they had a basic and premium.
