UPDATE:

This morning i went to court... All charges dismissed! Yehya! All thanks to the lawyer, wasn't even McPhearson, but his partner. I was in and out within 10 minutes, since lawyers get to go first, otherwise was would have been 40th! Plus i had to only pay half was i was going to pay, because McPhearson said that it's likely to go to a second hearing, but there wasn't any need for that.

CHEEHO! celebrating tonight, DUI early tomorrow morning. ha j/k
