Car at IDLE...
sen jen, you in Kunia too? If you're going to be home on Friday afternoon I can do you car too. shoot me a pm, and we can exchange numbers.
636racer, as long as it's a OBD2 scan tool it should work, the one I got (auto enginuity) also has CAN so it will work on basically every car since 96' including the 04's and 05' that went to CAN. I picked up a palm version, didn't want my laptop flying around the car while taking a turn. what's really cool about it is that it can dyno and time your car based on the speedometer/odometer so it's more accurate then the accelormeter types.

The stock tachs are usually not that accurate so it may not be reading right, I'll be home around 3pm on Friday. If you're around give me a call and we can hookup the OBD2 scan tool to check your actual RPM and reset your CEL and see if there are any other trouble codes.
Thanks..
