Tint?

sup Frostya,
was wonderin' if you've seen any of the "ghosting" issues some peeps have with the Huper Optic on the rear glass...

because of that apparent drawback, i was thinking of going with Madico Onyx.

Yup, pro-tint's great. good price and since it's only Dwight doing all of the tinting you know you're going to get a great job, it's not some young kid learning on your car. He does the clearshield clear bra too.

Yeah AL's does clear Huper Optic tints also...

as far as ghosting I don't see any of it on my car... The back window is pretty much flat so not much heating needed to be done.

Yeah the ceramic is nice, but as far as looks go 5% just looks soo nice, but I decided that I don't want to hassle with tint for now atleast.

definitely. dark tint is a thing of the past too. i got it, but will be switching to Huper's very soon. yes, ticket's suck as well. not every single one of them can be thrown out as well.

jes came back from Al's... quoted me $380 for the G35 bugga was also showing me some other Huper 80% "secret" film that they've been putting on the full windshield: $240 -- dayum!

$240 for just the windshield? wow, that's high. I think 80 is the going rate.

I belive they charge around $240 because the clear tint isnt as easy to work with as standard 50% films... They also can't apply full pressure because it will scratch the film. Just the windsheild can take a good amount of time.
