I've been looking for some rims for my 05 Sedan. Who do you recommend buying from? I was looking to purchase online but the shipping to Hawaii is outrageous!!! I tried some local shops (Vakamon, Eurosport) but prices seemed kinda high.
I'm looking for 18 or 19s, possibly Volks, Gramlights, or even the OEM rims. Who did you buy from?

 

Don't buy locally. As much as possible work with a reputable shop from the mainland and work out a reasonable shipping schedule and method.

 

Importhookup.com is an awesome place to order from. shipping isn't as bad as you think.

 

+1 for import hookup. if you want to purchase your rims locally, hit up munkywurks, they ususally get their items fairly quick...shipping isnt as bad as some people think. you could also check out takakaira.com. my coworker bought prodrive rims from them and came to his door in a couple of weeks after ordering...that's faster than most local shops getting their items from Japan.

I am willing to part with my OEM 18" wheels. I purchased my 19" wheels on eBay shipping was $80.00 for the wheels, tires and lug nuts etc... The OEM 18" had 5K on them prior to upgrade and there are no damages what so ever to the wheels and tires here are some pixs...

i have a set of 19" jdm wheel that i want to sell for 1600 wheels only...fits the sedan...pm me if you want to know the details

 

importhookup is the way to go. i use to live 30 minutes away from their shop (acutally Discount Tire Center) in cali and believe me, those guys know their wheels. they're probably one of the biggest volk retailers out their, at least in los angeles. they hooked me up with a set of sf challenges on toyo t1-r with shipping for a pretty good price. much cheaper than buying it locally.
