It all depends on where your A/F is starting at.
In any case, it will bump up the A/F a little. And this isn't necessarily a problem unless you are already close to lean or at lean.
If you see your car is running below 13.25, the combination won't be a problem. If you are running above 13.25, it will run about 0.2 to 0.4 points higher.
So it depends very much on where you are starting from.

Looks like it might be worthwhile to either get a A/F reading on a dyno or put in an A/F gauge before deciding.

It takes a little experience to know what is good and what is not.
Lean is actually worse at the TQ peak. You also need to look at the curve as a whole. Is all of it high? Or only at very low RPM? Its depends on a lot of factors.
You can post a plot here for a lot of good analysis.
hi..has anyone changed their camshaft and if so what gains were trealized,,,?? and in order to do that you need to do something else too, i believe.......and what about throttle body...cant that increase some hp??
