and pry from the middle side..does that make sense? okay lets try again

use th s/d and pry out the side that you dont push to turn the light on..was that any better? thats the side with the two clips..

I assume the chrome one you are purchasing from UTR, yes? If so, I'd be wary. I has a carbon-fiber one from them and the coupler that attaches the tube to the throttle body torn and caused my CEL light to go on.

I dumped the CF tube and picked up a good ol' OEM Z-Tube and have no complaints. Sure I have less bling, but I can live with that, what I can't live with is vacuum leaks.

I hear you, you are actually the second person who told me that.... I was just looking for the polished tube no carbon fiber though.

If anything if I can get a z-tube from another site used I will probably do that and the K&N drop in filter. Did you hear a noticeable difference in teh sound at the front of the car like a psssst or did you hear a tad bit louder exhaust?

The polished and cf tube are the same design (just different material). If you do get one, do not use the TB coupler that UTR supplies you with. I used the stock coupler and it worked fine.

On WOT, yes you will hear a slight difference.
