I would like to know what is different about the new Injen Ti exhaust? What did they do differently that makes it so much better than the old one?

They're old SES all stainless system had no H pipe.
The new SES Ti tip track edition does.

Oh BTW: Don't know if they have more hp/tq gain from the old one.

^+1. This is true. I love mine, it roars, purrs and sounds amazing. Plus, you get a couple added hp and maybe some torque. Well worth the money

Have you Dynoed your ride with your Ingen on?
Just curious, if you have, what gains.
Have read here that ppl with the old Ingen got better gains after they added a H pipe to that old system.

Nope, havent dyno'd it. I dont really care about the gains to be honest. The car is quick enough. I dont race it, its just nice to have that extra power when you need it, not necessarily from the exhaust or pop charger but from the factory. 300HP is plenty for me, but of course, it doesnt hurt to have more

and btw, if you have the money to spend on the exhaust system atleast spell INJEN correctly....

Oh okay...
I don't race either, but I'm more interested in what hp I'm actually putting down on the ground as opposed to what the engine puts out at the crank.
Sounds like we have the same set-up. JWT Pop and Injen exhaust. Oh and Z tube, but that's usually a no brainer.

My...aren't we critical. Perhaps if I had spent more money on the system I would have spelled it correctly that day. At least I know when to put a space between my words ("if you have the money to spend on the exhaust system atleast spell INJEN correctly")

Lol, just giving you a hard time. We do have a similar setup. I just got the PC a couple weeks ago. I just had the K&N before but got sick of it and decided to get the PC. Its crazy how much of a difference it makes.

How'd you fit the exhaust around the RAS?

Haha...I remember hearing about that. Heard that's been resolved by Injen on their old style. This Ti system, no fiberglass issues with mine.

Threw a little Razz back at ya...all in good fun bro
Yeah, love my PC. Before the exhaust upgrade, the sound was real nice. Plus it's a snap to remove and clean the filter.
CAI and enclosed box style looked to be too much of a PITA.
Still working on the work around with my RAS. The guy hasn't gotten back with me yet on my design. About ready to go elsewhere.
But presently, I wrapped the section of pipe that hits the RAS servo with some fiberglass heat tape, so at least heat and rattling isn't an issue anymore.
Looks getto, but it works and it's only temporary. Fabricated a spacer on my hanger so at least I got the right side tip to be centered.
Thanx for remembering and asking

Other than that issue.....this exhaust ROCKS!!!! LOVE IT
My butt dyno agrees too

Does the exhaust drone inside the cabin?

Yes sometimes.
Depends how you drive.
Lower rpms, say below 2800, under a load, will have drone. With little or no load in those lower rpm's, little or no drone. Nice low rumble and growl.
Above 2800-3000 on up, little to no drone, goes into an exotic higher pitched tone that's sweet.
In a nutshell, perhaps a little louder than I wanted, plus the drone, but I can still use my bluetooth in any circumstance, so it works for me.

And as you've probably read previously, there are fitment issues and RAS servo heat conditions if you have Rear Active Steer (RAS) with a 2006 coupe so equipped.

Amen on the no fiberglass. It took mine like 8 months to finally stop blowing fiberglass.
