Intake and Warranty
A few things have to happen first.
1. Your car has to have a problem.
2. Dealership has to prove that the problem is DIRECTLY related to the new intake.
That being said you should be ok. Most cars I've owned I've replaced the intake and when I did take my car to the dealership they never said anything about it voiding my warranty.

if you get a cold air intake and your cone gets sumerged under water and some how backs into your engine and causes damage, then YES it will void your warranty. Other than that intakes wont void it, lol.
Dealership has nothing to do with warranty it is with Nissan. However the dealership follows warranty reimbursable guidelines to get paid.
A good relationship with dealer is important if you want them to go the extra mile for you..........to stretch what Nissan considers warrantable.
Nissan is in a constant battle with dealerships who do [spend] to much of Nissan money.
MAF FAILURES could/can be traced to air filters and induction changes.
Keep the oem set up to return the car to as factory built before each 90 day visit to dealership [oil change and inspections].
