Power duct

whats the side effect when removing this?

did a search, and stated that it will shut off my engine? true or false?

hopefully u can answer my question so i can run and take it off

your temp will rise (slightly) during idle but its not a big deal. wont even notice it.

when you start going again itll go back down.

people say theyve felt "sluggish" when taking the duct off.

i dont feel any difference. sounds so much different, and it was free!

just take it off, if it feels sluggish to you then put it back on. its only two clips

^^99atlantic has been running without the powerduct for a while.

so have i. if youre engine shuts off its because it already has a problem, not because you removed a piece of plastic.

well i took it off, definitely lose low end ... sure sounds nice when u step on it though and the whistling is a lil bit louder

I also took mine off. I didn't notice any change plus or minus in performance or sound.

to be honest, if theres any difference at all i dont think it would be big enough to feel. i think it would all be mental.
