That's not the block, but yes aluminum can be pretty soft.

nope, just bought a torque wrench from OSH, now im waiting for new bolts to come in. No one sells these bolts besides nissan!!

How much was the torque wrench at OSH? I need to get one soon for my MD spacer install.... or I can just borrow yours.. haha..

If the threads in the block are stripped you may have to get it helicoated. I had my threads on my LS/Vtec strip and my motor dropped on one side. It cost me about 100.00 for them to do the process. Basically they just rethread the block and put a larger size bolt in it. Good luck
