Hey guys,
Recently my auto coupe has been shuting off while in drive and the "check engine" and "brake" signal come on before it shuts off (this happened about 4 tiems) . Tonight when i was driving the car would not let me pass 2000 RPM !!! when it would go over 2000 RPM my car would slow down and shake violelty, would it be because my intake? thats the only engine mod i have on my car??? should i take it off before i go to the dealer just in case they blame it on that??? please help

 

You need to get that car into a dealer asap. I won't opine on the decision as to whether or not to remove the Injen, but certainly there are ways in which the Injen might have caused the problem.

Extra oil on the filter might have ended up on the MAF, the MAF might now be on backwards, maybe you forgot to replace the rubber hose on the new intake, etc etc. I'm not saying you did any of those things... only that they are a possibility.
