I have the MREV and 5/16 spacer and no it does not sound anything like that.

That whine .....a supercharger ?

no he is not supercharged. to my knowledge, savefatkids only has the 5/16 spacer (no combo)

the whine is (most likely) a result of his intake

Mrev and a spacer adds a nice deep growl under the hood. It sounds real mean and aggressive and obviously adds some power in the mid-range. Well worth the money!

I have mrev, Z-tube and KN drop in. Mine sounds very close to that, a little deeper tone in fact to that clip. Very deep and grumbly when you get on it. +++ 100 for this mod.

Remember the camera is near the intake side so you’re getting all the intake sounds.

the CAI sounds good....too bad there's too many problems with the AEM CAIs
