Small or skinny hands with long fingers will help.

My NISMOs required the studs to be replaced in a faily specific order so that they would all align and allow them all to be replaced. It took the shop some trial and error to find the proper sequence and then it was straight-forward.

Patience may prove to be a great tool to have on-hand. That and those little/skinny hands.

+1 for l of the above. Ratchet wrenches came in handy as well for my install. Tight squeeze in there.

Biggest thing is PATIENCE. I've installed quite a few sets and each one still SUCKS! The drivers side is alot easier due to there being more room to work. You can get to most of the drivers side ones from up top. The fact you have a lift is VERY helpful. I've done one set on jack stands and screw that ever again. Definately have a 14mm ratchet wrench handy. For the front one on the pass. side. Try getting a wobbly 14 on a extension up to it from the side, you have to move some stuff around but thats the easiest way to get to it. Good luck!
