MD Iso-thermal Spacer ?

When installing, how many stock gaskets will be unused, 1 or 2? I know the iso thermal gasket replaces the stock one, does the md spacer totally replace the stock metal gasket, or is it reused in conjunction with the MD spacer?

u use 2 gasket for the spacer. 1 new and 1 from the original.
