HKS exhaust and Stillen intake
Today my exhaust and intake came in. I should have them installed tonight. Will there be any kind of gains from the two or is it just sound
I would think that there would be gains in the mid to topend area considering the restrictive stock intake and muffler.

i wouldnt expect anything too outstanding on the butt dyno, maybe a little because you're so excited and the car will just sound so good, it seems like you're going faster. If you need any help installing em PM me.

After installing the exhaust I took it for a spin and it didn't sound to much louder when I got on it. A few minutes later I decided to do the intake also and man was I surprised. The Stillen intake and HKS exhaust combo sound bitchin together. Hopefully I'll have some sound clips soon.
So you gotta drop over 1k for sound? Please tell me there is some HP/TQ difference?
How much louder is the exhaust? Is the exhaust note similar? I actually like the sound of the stock, but wouldn't mind if it was alittle louder at times.

I think the intake gives you more sound then the exhaust. I'm sure there is some gains from doing the intake and exhaust but its not going to be a huge diffrence.

Sorry I should of mentioned it was on a sedan. The car is still pretty quite until you give it some gas
What kind of sound diffrence would I get by just changing out the mid pipe?
