Well, if you guys are interested, I may be able to donate my unit. There's a 99.999% chance I'm going FI very soon, at which point this thing would be really useless to me (assuming it's not useless already). But I don't have the swirl model.

As a matter of fact I will be posting in the review section soon... The spacer we have been testing is on 15 cars!!! It has been on a total of 17 I think (originally we didn't have enough to keep on the cars that wanted them for good... Every drive that has tried has reported positive with the exception of one who wasn't sure.... it has been on my car since the post I made about installing for driving impressions after dynoing it.

I will do a more detailed review in the review section and hopefully those that have it will post their impressions.

I simply will not respond to debates on this mod here... I will post my review - others will post theirs and researchers can take it for what its worth. This is definitely one of those mods that I suggest you try it before you conclude it doesn’t work. I don't keep mods on my car for the sake of having it. In this case it didn’t cost me anything so I have no reason for justification either.

Oh, and for those that will say or think it... no it is not a placebo affect. 94% (low estimate) of everyone that tried it has liked it. No placebo…

Update Throttle Body Spacer............

When I saw this post a while ago my reaction was "another wasted mod for
our cars that couldn't possibly work!" After talking to Dave O with Nissan
Sport Mag and listening to several other members that had it installed I must
admit that "I was wrong!" Ok I admit after seeing these type of gizmos in
the past I didn't think it was worth while......again I was incorrect in my
judgment! I'm not sure the results will show up on a dyno because you notice
the diffrence from idle to 2500 RPM. You just get a smoother transition and
from the seat of my pants probably more torq, just enought to feel. It was well worth the $ which wasn't much! I BELIEVE! HAHA

Now the million dollar question is.... which way/direction do you install the rifle bore to supposedly help with directing airflow?

I'm going to get a new Z-tube and cut it back a bit so that there are no crimps. I'll also probably get rid of the crinkle rubber tube that connects the z-tube to the MAF and replace it with something smooth... I know smooth tubes were worth over 10hp on my Viper GTS... if I could get 1-2hp or even better throttle response, it would be worth it..
did you ever install?... impressions?...
