I'm curious how it sounds compared to stock? Is it much louder? I'm looking for an exhaust that isn't much louder and doesn't sound like a racer, is this possible if you want performance?
I've heard the Stillen dual, and while it is fine inside the cabin, it definitly rumbles as you drive by--I guess that's the oint for most, but I'm looking for the quiet sleeper in an exhaust. Any suggestions?

From the looks of it, I would not buy it. The Stillen appears to be vastly superior ($200 more), but worth it. And I'm not saying that because I have the Stillen, just based on design and apparrent build quality. Also, if you have a 5AT with the Borla and cant break the tires loose from a standing start with VDC off, then "Houston, we have a problem". I can get in big trouble with mine if I did that and make a lot of stinky tire smoke from my lame stock differential (soon to be gone). Sounds like the Borla is not making the same low end torque that the x-pipe Stillen is.

several questions ask, i'm not sure,but i was told borla shot
ping pong ***** through both sides ( go figure ) sound is almost
that of stock at speeds up to 80mph. during accelleration the
typhoon has it's own sound (love it) but
you know "it ain't your mama's G". good deep hard fast
rpming FERRARI V12 type sound. borla worked 45 days
in a row on this their # 1 project,to get it out before 2004.
some ask for tip shots,here goes.

Very nice indeed. Kudos. I'd go with Borla if I still had my Sedan. Looks good and sounds like it works well. All for a reasonable price.
BTW-- just take off your VDC if you want to smoke the tires. Even with my stock Sedan, I had no difficulty whatsoever doing so.
