Well guys its hard to believe it has been 2 years since the start of this. I finally got my car tuned. I thought it was running good (putting down 13.6@101) so for the past year my car was running on a utec purchased from ebay. I didnt have time to tune and the car ran good , so I left it as such. I figured that since the car was tuned for a n/a set up I would be fine. Well truth be told the car was running good at a mear 232 hp. Finally got the tune done and was able to get a max of 278whp. It did however take 3 hrs to tune. The following mods are on the car.

mj motorsports intake set up and coolant eliminator
idler pulley delete
unorthodox underdrive pulley
crawford headers
strup test pipes
hks hi power
utech
aem cold air intake
13bar trust oil cooler

Thanks for checkin it out and sorry it took so long (13.1 here i come)

so you felt a huge difference and you were only 232hp? how much did you think you had before you put the custom intake on? couldn't have been that much less than 232.

I really have no clue. All my stuff is always wacky. I run slicks (with solid diff bushings) at the track and I'm sure that had alot to do with the low times but now we are really going to see what this car will do.

well i'm just confused. Everyone said your plenum made a huge difference yet the base tune that everyone was riding in it was only 232hp. So were you really down on hp before you put that plenum on? Anything lower than 232 seems too low for a 6mt coupe. That's more like a stock number.

That "everyone" you are talking about were my friends. I have 4 of these manifolds on down here in south fl. I am actually putting one on 2morrow I hope. Several people have had dynos but as I said all over the thread over on my350z Its hard to realize what all is involved in doing this. To get a true reading on this would cost a ton of money. Unless you had a friend with a dyno. To base line, then install then tune and then dyno would be around 10 hrs. A price a vendor would gladly pay for research. I will always recieve negative comments on this. I started at 232 and after some parameters were found to be set wrong on the utec we started to increase. Believe me I had many offers of people willing to dyno for a cut in the pricing of this. However I also lost 2 whole setups(peformance factory) and then one top in south fl.

oh i'm not doubting how well it works. I'm just confused by your base dyno. Your tuned dyno looks good.

You don't have dyno's down there that will charge you just to do some dyno pulls? A lot of places up here will sell an hour of dyno time for anywhere from 100-150. No tuning or adjustments done by them. Basically you just get to make pulls for power. Do that in the morning, pull it out into the parking lot and swap intakes then go again later in the day. maybe 300 or so in dyno costs and you're golden. That would be tuning yourself also.....to have a tuner do work would cost a lot more.
