Well I have news for you, they weren't the first.
There are more than 11 different brands that have Ti tips,
it's just like the black wheels era, one manufacturer came out with it and then others did too,
is it copying when you have more than one company to choose from with similar styles?

O and I like HKS I would have gotten it but it’s just a little too high pitched at high rpms but I still love the sound

Not to be mean or anything.. haha sorry if it sounds like that. I just thought it was an ignorant reply, and he never really has anything productive or encouraging words to say, other than "ricey and gay..." for things that he doesn't have, or doesn't plan on getting. Please, there is no offense nor defensive actions on my part. 
does anyone who has a FI exhaust also have a nismo style diffuser...i know the HKS had some rubbing issues, and just wondered if the TI tips on this setup would pose a similar problem
