Question Noob: Quick ? on Z Tubes
Are there any advantages of having a particular finished (OEM/Carbon Fiber/Chrome/Polished) Z-Tube over the other?

The chrome/polished ones will retain more heat because they are metal, increasing heat soak. The carbon fiber one wont let air flow quite as good because the inside isnt as smooth as the oem plastic tube. It's all up to you as to whether or not that is a factor for you. I chose the CF for looks.

so in other words, OEM is the best way to go for function.

i'm planning to go with a Pop charger + Z-tube route. Do you know which vendor sells Z-tubes for cheap?
