Intake ?

I am going to be ordering my intake airbox tommorow. I am undecided between the ARC airbox and filter, or the Stillen airbox and filter? Anyone have either that can give me some feedback. I am really leaning towards the ARC, but ???

I don't have either and don't know about ARC, but I've only heard good things about Stillen

I have had the Stillen High Flow Airbox for about 2 years now. Looks like they've changed the design slightly, but the basics are the same. For the most part I'm pretty happy with it. The only gripe I have is it's sort of a PIA to take out the filter and clean it. There is a bolt that attaches the box to the frame at the bottom, and there is not much clearance between the filter to get your arm down there. I would also recommend getting a z-tube. Stillen sells them both in a package.

+1..I have the ARC box. The ARC stuff is really nice BUT expensive. Both serve the same function but Stillen is more cost effective route.

Intake.....name vs function!

Stillens CAI box works very well and contains a giant K&N filter. If someone
offered another brand I'd tell them "Sorry, keep it!" ARC stuff is popular but
couldn't function better than the Stillen box and costs more that it's worth!
Example: The upper strut bar ARC or Richies......major diffrence in price and
the ARC doesn't work any better than Richies....easy to install and either
polish or paint (like I did). I don't care that the ARC is lighter because Richies
works for me.....understand?

Looks like a toss up. The ARC is almost $500 just for the airbox, and I already have the UTR Z-Tube. If they don't function any different I may go Stillen. I ended up not ordering today, going to wait until Monday to make up my mind and place the order.....hmmm.....any more opinions?
