water in exhaust ???
So I bought a used HKS exhaust from a member here and we had a little disscusion about pricing and shipping & at the end he thinks he let me get the exhaust too cheap and wanted more money well he shipps it out and when I open the box the 2 mufflers start to drip water out. Obviously the guy did this on purpose as theres no water any where else. So am I screwed ?? I stood the exhaust up and blew out as much water as I could I also left them standing outside today so the sun could hit them all day. I remember HKS and Greddy used to have adds with a cutout of the muffler and it showed like some cotton/fiberglass looking stuff inside do you think this will dry up and be ok ????

You should be okay. I don't think the water could've done much harm. Think about when you wash your car....you always get water inside the exhaust and then it dries.

Alot of water always goes into my exhaust system when I hose it before washing. It should just evaporate from all the heat generated and exit the exhaust...you're fine.
