MANY MANY MANY MANY people have tried the mods you have mentioned you just havent bothered to search. I have almost the same exact mods as you plan to do, as do hundred of other people on this site. These are basic NA mods that most do. I am not trying to be a jerk towards you but you are acting like you know alot it quite obvious you dont know much. How did you possibly believe your car made more power to the wheels then the engine makes?

Also: Maybe the original dyno guy was "estimating" the crank numbers from the wheel numbers.

The MREV is a ported, non rev up lower plenum. You might see small gains, but defenitely not worth the money. Just get a 5/16 spacer and iso thermal gasket.
