any1 made a custom heatshield?

Has anyone made one for a short ram intake.. i have an AEM intake and want to run it as a short ram, but want to make a heatshield. Has anyone done this before and how should I go about doing it?

bump.. i still need some help with this one.. what kind of pieces should I look for, and how do I connect it to the filter? some help please?
