Looking for a semi loud cat back

Sup guys,
So im looking for a semi loud cat back system. I want a real deep exotic type sound. I do not want something that is gunna get me pulled over. Yes ive been looking through youtube but as we all know youtube isnt great for decibel levels. off road / test pipes are out of the question since i live in california,
i am looking for sound over power.

I like real deep musclee sound not ricey
I like the sound of the borla's and the HKS but i am not sure how loud they are.

any help will be appreciated!

I think the borla's are quite a bit louder than the HKS. I live in the Pasadena area and have an HKS if you want to hear it. Or there are a few small 626 area meets where people have it that you might be able to find in the reigional forum areas.

^^ ok what he said haha. Sorry, but it was second hand info. I think my HKS is pretty quiet actually, until you get to higher rpms.

get the Stillen, for a low mellow note and great gains. or get the NISMO for pure sound quality. i have the stillen w/headers & HFCs(in the launch vid), here are a few sound clips>>>

If you go to the reigonal forum area and look in southern california general area or the meetings and events area, you'll find some local meets, and sometimes there are larger regional meets that are usually only about a 20 min drive away. I have yet to make it to any of them haha.

HKS is the only way to go. Looks great, not very loud at all, best sound. Very Exotic. Great quality. And did i mention it looks fantastic. By far the BEST exhaust on the market

I dont know if it has been done but would it be possible to weld in a flowmaster muffler maybe? for a real deep muscle sound? I dont know how it would be on a v6 though. or if it would fit a G's persona, but it would definitly be different then most all Gs on the road.

I have a flowmaster crossflow muffler just like the G's and I've been wanting to try it, just haven't had the time with school this semester.

Semi-loud will all depend on what you consider loud and quiet. Therefore, try to hear them in person before making any decisions.

If you like deep, "musclee" exhausts, then the HKS will not be for you.

Look into Stillen, Fast Intentions, Fuji...
