I'm getting my HKS Ti exhaust installed and I'm looking to my next round of mods. I'm thinking of getting HFCs to compliment the exhaust. The only thing I'm worried about is rasp sound and my car sounding like a CRX with a fart can.... anyone have first hand experience with HKS and HFCs or test pipes and if there is substantial rasp or not?

Ummmmm, somone said they rasped with the stillen exhaust and HFC's hence why i'm asking if anyone has specific experience with the HKS exhaust and HFCs.

You cannot just assume that HFC will not rasp with any exhaust.

I have heard some HFC on a few particular exhaust that rasp quite a bit. The combination of which particular exhaust to another particular HFC makes the difference in whether it will rasp or not.

My fast intentions exhaust with resonated test pipes have had less rasp than other types of exhausts with HFC; my combo just happens to have very little rasp.

In general, HFC will have less rasp than resonated test pipes. (Regular test pipes will rasp like crazy). But the specific exhaust itself and the combination of HFC/resonated test pipes is what will determine how much it'll rasp.
